Kk, so anyway on friday after Take 5 we took a cab to Marina Square and omg, I think it shall forever be my favourite shopping n hangout centre! Sheesh it was super super hawt tt day like most of us got sunburned afta lyke 15 mins walking under the sun out of the CCAB. There was like me, Rachel, Eleanor, Nurul, FX, Gen, Mel and Tiffy wif us waiting for cabs to take to Marina Square. Take 5 (pun pun pun!!! (= ) mins for the 1st batch of ppl to get the cab. The 2nd batch took like 45 mins to get the stoopid cab too. Its like all the angmohs n ppl marched all the way in front of us and stuck out their thumbs before the poor girls of Taxi Group 2 could get the taxi. Classic American style... lawl

Yellow Text of the Day

"Dragging my soul atop the zenith of the mountain, my body screaming with fatigue, I gazed upon the furthermost star. The darkness in the blackening night seemed to grow stronger as the stars glimmered weakly, outshadowed by the enormity of the universe. I sat on a rock blanketed with an inch of frost, and began to wonder why I exist in such a world. When and where did the universe began? Why did the Big Bang start? Curiosity kindled in my young, inexperienced mind as I pondered over how the Earth, the Sun and the Stars were all part of a nothingness billions of years ago. It was then that I felt that we consider ourselves to be so high above everything, yet our existence is but a day-old shoot besides the towering redwoods of history and time. In this lonely peak, not the howls of the worlves nor the cries of an eagle could be heard. Yet, amidst the barren wasteland of frost, I espied a stretch of lichen growing on a boulder several feet away. It was no more than 5 inches long, and was struggling to lick up nutrients from a malnourished bed. But such organisms can still defy the odds Nature has presented to them, because of the mutualism they share - a perfect marriage between their strengths and weaknesses. Such phenomenons of nature occur even when they lack a soul and a purpose, while we are born with the gifts of emotions, intellect and sociality, yet can never achieve such a bond between us."
